Return and Refund Policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. However, personalized items, such as those with custom engravings, photo uploads, custom message cards, etc., cannot be returned as they are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. If there are errors,damage, or manufacturing issues with a personalized item, we will remake or replace it. Items marked &Final Sale & cannot be returned. Gift Card purchases, shipping, warranty, and insurance costs are also non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days to receive a replacement. Returns must be in the original condition, with tags and packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase. Visit our Contact page to start a return and receive a shipping label.

Returns are free within the U.S., but shipping, warranty, and insurance costs are non-refundable. Contact info@glamdini.com for return questions. No returns or refunds will be given after 30 days of purchase. We offer a 2-year product protection plan for many products that covers defects beyond 60 days.
